We, CORTEZ and Jacqueline N. Domingo, are conducting a survey in line with our
research study entitled “Acquaintance Rape in a Catholic School in Manila”. The study attempted
to determine why students in a Catholic School choose to make things despite that their school is
helping their student to be in a noble character. In order to get a better understanding of the
problem, the study also attempted to focus on the real-life situation focusing on the school
environment, self- understanding, group influences and the main reason why Acquaintance Rape
is rampant nowadays.

We would like to ask your cooperation by answering the questionnaire that is intended to
collect data about Acquaintance Rape issues among Catholic School here in Manila. We will
