& Mortgage Contract in connection with our application from Liberty Land Corporation for loan in any
amount or amounts that may be approved by the HDMF/GSIS/Bank/Developer, offering as security for
the payments of said loan, properties known as Block _____ Lot _____, covered by Original/Transfer
Certificate of Title No. _____________ of the Land Records of Register of Deeds of Cagayan de Oro
City containing an area of ______sq. m. more or less and all the succeeding title to said property after
transferred to us, under such terms and conditions as my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT may deem proper
and convenient;

2. To execute, sign and deliver any pertinent Contract to Sell, Deed of Sale, Promissory
Note/Loan and Mortgage Agreement and any other documents for and in my/our behalf in favor of
LIBERTY LAND CORPORATION as well as HDMF/GSIS/Bank/Developer and its assign in
connection with the said loan;

3. To receive the proceeds of the promissory notes which said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT may
execute in connection with the said loan: and

4. To encash, indorse or negotiate the checks that may be issued by HDMF/GSIS/Bank in


connection with the said loan in favor of Liberty Land Corporation.

HEREBY GRANTING & GIVING unto my/our said attorney full power and authority to do
and perform any and every act requisite and necessary to be done in the premises as fully to all intents
and purposes as I/we might or could do if personally present and acting in person, hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my/our said attorney may also do our cause to be done under and by virtue of these
presents.
