SITE APPENDIX

ARTICLE 1 - GENERAL
[Note: The purpose of this Appendix is to locate the Site on which the landfill is to be built. Therefore,
what is most appropriate is for the inclusion of a map or site plan or other similar documents in order to
define the Site. Therefore, this Appendix should simply include some introductory provisions describing
the Site and the appropriate map or similar reference material.]

1.1 Site

(1) For the purposes of the Contract, the “Site” shall mean the areas outlined in the map set out in
Attachment 1 to this Site Appendix (the “Site Map”).
