2019 Graduation Venue and Schedule

The school administrator informed parents through a letter that SMX Convention Center will be the venue for the Recognition/Graduation ceremony on March 25, 2019 based on the decision made during the January 6, 2019 PTA meeting. The ceremony will have separate time slots for Pre-Elementary from 1-2:30pm and Elementary from 3-5pm. Parents are reminded that the deadline for final payment is February 19, 2019.

Dear Parents,

Please be informed that upon consensus of the parents during


the PTA meeting held last January 6, 2019, SMX Convention Center
will be the final venue of our Recognition/Graduation on
March 25, 2019 with the following time schedule:
Pre-Elem – 1:00 – 2:30 p.m.
Elem – 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.

Pls. take note that the deadline of your final payment will be on
February 19, 2019.
