EXERCISE-1

Date7th of August 2019

A is going to meet B, As he was invited on a dinner by B in his house. Where A found a watch
on the table. A takes the watch without the permission of B. B caught A red handed in the act.
Later on B sued him in the court for the offence of theft.

ISSUE-1: Weather A was having malicious intention or not?

ISSUE-2: Weather A was liable for the theft or not?
