DISTRICT REPRESENTATIVE OF KALINGA THE AMOUNT OF FIVE MILLION PESOS (PHP
5,000,000.00) FOR CONCRETE LINING COMMUNAL IRRIGATION SYSTEM AT POD-AKAN, LIBO
BOMMAG, BALATOC, PASIL, KALINGA, WITH VICTOR G. GUMISA AS THE TRUE PROJECT
IMPLEMENTATOR.

Resolution No. 7, Series of year 2019

Whereas, Kagawad Emiliano Banggowoy moved that a resolution requesting the Hon. Office of Hon. Allen
Jess Mangaoang, Lone District representative of Kalinga the amount of Five Million (Php 5,000.000.00) for
concrete Lining Communal Irrigation System at Pod-akan Libo, Bommag, Balatoc, Pasil, Kalinga with Mr.
Victor G. Gumisa as the true project implementor.

Whereas, Sr. Kagawad Rocky Bakidan moved and seconded the above-said motion of Kagawad Emiliano
Banggowoy;

Resolved as it is hereby resolved to request the Hon. Office of Hon. Allen Jess Mangaoang, Lone District
Representative of Kalinga the amount of Five Million Pesos (Php 5,000,000.00) for Concrete Lining Communal
Irrigation System at Pod-akan-Lino, Bommag, Balatoc, Pasil, Kalinga with Mr. Victor G. Gumisa as the true
project implementor.

Resolved further that copies of this resolution be furnish the office of Pasil Municipal Mayor, office of the
Provincial Governor, Office of NCIP and Office of NIA, Kalinga.

We set our hands this 20th day of June 2019 at Barangay Hall, Balatoc, Pasil, Kalinga.
