COMPLIANCE
DEFENDANT ______ (“Defendant ____”), by and through
the undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable Court, most
respectfully avers that:

1. On 25 July 2019, there was a scheduled pre-trial


conference for the instant case at 8:30 in the morning.

2. Pursuant to Section 2 of A.M. No. 12-8-8-SC or the


Judicial Affidavit Rule, Defendant ____ has five (5) days before
the scheduled date of the hearing to file with the court and
serve on the adverse parties the following:

a. The judicial affidavit of their witnesses, which shall take


the place of such witnesses’ direct testimonies; and

b. The parties’ documentary or object evidence, if any,


which shall be attached to the judicial affidavits and
marked as Exhibit A, B, C, and so on in the case of the
complainant or the plaintiff, and as Exhibits 1, 2, 3, and
so on in the case of the respondent or the defendant.
3. Defendant ___ had until 19 July 2019 to file the
Judicial Affidavits of its witnesses.

4. However, on 19 July 2019, Defendant ___ filed a


Motion for Extension of Time to File Judicial Affidavits praying
for an additional period of ten (10) days from 19 July 2019 or
until 29 July 2019 within which to file the Judicial Affidavits
of its witnesses.

5. In compliance thereof, Defendant ____ submits the


Judicial Affidavits of the following:

a. ABC; and
b. DEF

which are attached herein and made an integral part hereof as


Annex “A” and “B”, respectively.
