Responsibilities with Draj Engineering System Pvt Ltd:
Roles and Responsibilities as Process Engineer in Production/Operations:
Working as operation engineer to look after production activities, monitoring parameters
and stabilization of newly commissioned unit
Operations handled such as thermal reactor, incinerator, burner management system,
absorption and stripper column
Start-up of rotary equipment’s such as centrifugal compressor, blowers and centrifugal
pumps
Preparation and maintaining production report and daily log sheets of process parameters
Hands on operations support during pre-commissioning and commissioning
Trouble shooting operational issues faced in unit and stabilize the unit
Co-coordinating with maintenance, instrumentation and utility dept. during routine
activities
Control and optimization of utilities used in the unit against the specified values
Coordinate with manpower to carry out jobs allocated with safety and work permits
Responsible for smooth operation of the units and meeting targets given
Roles and Responsibilities as Project/Process Engineer:
Plant /Process review as per P&ID/PFD
Checking and carrying out inspection of equipment’s as per GAD and P&ID with
PMC/CLIENT
Review of vessels, exchangers, tanks, pumps process datasheets and vendor documents
Coordinate with site and design team to mitigate design issues and punch points
Punch listing of piping system and equipment’s and getting liquidated through respective
departments
Preparing technical documentation as per client’s/PMC requirement
Finalize documentation processes and procedures related to operations
Responsibilities in Commissioning:
Pre-commissioning activities such as flushing loop generation, tightening test and
checking readiness for first commissioning of unit
First time utility and process line commissioning
Catalyst loading in reactors and activated carbon loading in carbon filters
Monitoring process parameters and maintaining daily log
Carry out trial run and first commissioning of rotary equipment’s such as centrifugal
pumps and centrifugal compressors as per vendor operating manual
Responsibilities with Samarth Engineers and Chemical Division:
Commissioning of water treatment system. Involves commissioning of pretreatment, filters, ETP
plants
Troubleshooting of water treatment systems & modification in scheme to enhance its
performance with respect to recovery & output quality.
Working in Commissioning Department, responsible for commissioning of water & waste water
recovery plants.
Preparation of O & M & commissioning manuals of water treatment system.
Having good knowledge about handling, testing and calibration of instruments.
Operation on PLC base systems in auto mode.
Responsibilities for Automobile Activities:
Buying 2nd handed multi brand cars by customers
Checking whether the vehicle accident or not.
Checking engine, suspension, denting painting and all the parameters.
Handling customer complaints and maintain customer Satisfaction
Responsibilities for Purchase & Vendor Development Activities:
Follow up of Purchase Orders for delivery in due time Purchasing the tooling as well as general
items.
Negotiate for best Purchasing Package (in terms of Quality, Price, Term, Delivery, Service, etc)
with suppliers for routine Items.
Vender Development Selection, Evaluation, Costing, Negotiation in the view of Technical and
Commercial aspect.
