Mrs. Edna V. Bañaga

Principal IV
Quezon City Science High School

Greetings of peace!

We are proud to endorse our students who qualified and won in this year’s Regional Science and
Technology Fair. All in all, for the senior high school category, we have six entries, two of which will be
representing the NCR in the coveted NSTF, and possibly in ISEF, with the rest garnering awards and
recognitions from the aforementioned events. The names of the students and their categories are stipulated
below:
LIFE-SCIENCE INDIVIDUAL
LIFE-SCIENCE TEAM
APPLIED SCIENCE INDIVIDUAL
APPLIED SCIENCE TEAM
ROBOTICS AND INTELLIGENT MACHINES INDIVIDUAL
ROBOTICS AND INTELLIGENT MACHINES TEAM
What’s next? The students plan to publish their papers and studies under the school’s name, under
prestigious scientific journals such as Kimika, IUPAC, International Journal of Toxicology, and Elsevier,
prepare for the upcoming national competition sponsored by UP ALCHEMES, NSEF, and NSTF, and many
more.
In connection to this, we are humbly asking your good office to provide these hardworking scientific
minds with rewards as they reap the fruits of their labor. We are humbly requesting grade incentives of
exemptions from all school activities, periodicals, and etc. and a grade not lower than 96 as much as possible
in any other subjects. Moreover, we would like to request that their studies would be their final requirement for
Practical Research II, wherein they will be completing Chapters 1-5 and focus on international publication
instead.
Rest assured, the teams shall maximize the time in finalizing and refining all of their outputs which
they will be submitting to their upcoming endeavor. Hoping for your favorable reply.

Attached within the letter is a conforme sheet that will certify that all concerned subject teachers and parents
agree with this kind of arrangement.

Hoping for a favorable response to this matter.

Sincerely,

Arniel Joseph G. Gilo Elyssa Katrina G. Dueñas Daryll Joshua H. Anuran
