MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT

COMES NOW Respondent Ms. _________________, through


its undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable Office, most
respectfully states THAT:

1. On July 25, 2019, undersigned counsel received an


Order dated July 24, 2019. Nevertheless, prior to said date, the
respondent gave a copy of the aforementioned Order to the
undersigned counsel.

2. The said Order, aside from giving the undersigned


counsel five (5) days within which to file its comment to the
Motion, also set the Pre-Trial Conference on August 6, 2019.

3. Unfortunately, due to the short notice, the undersigned


counsel is unavailable on the said date due to prior
commitments on matters of equal importance to herein case
and there are no other lawyers available on the said date.

4. Furthermore, the postponement would give time for this


Honorable Office to resolve the pending issues currently before
it.

5. The undersigned counsel most respectfully request that


the Pre-Trial Conference be set on August 22, 2019 at the time
of this Honorable Office’s choosing and manifests that it would
make a commitment to attend the hearing on the said date.
6. This Motion is not intended to delay the proceedings of
this case but based solely on the aforementioned reason.

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed of this Honorable


Court that the Pre-Trial Conference of this case set on August
6, 2019 be cancelled and the same be reset preferably on August
22, 2019 or any day thereafter.
