EQUIPMENT HANDLED:
Well Control Panel: Control overhauling and testing of the well control models. well versed
with the logic involved with the well control panel.
Overhauling of the well control pneumatic relays make versa. Complete overhauling of the
haskel pump which is used to maintain the hydraulic pressure in the well control panel. This
hydraulic pressure in turn is used to operate the sssv.
Air compressor well versed with the compressor control panel which is relay based ladder
logic.
Fire pump control panel. Well versed with the fire pump control panel and related
instruments.
Separator instruments (3phase). All the related instruments of the well test separator.
Calibration and overhauling. Helping the operates in successful testing of the well.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Control System
Complete working knowledge in Honeywell, Emerson, Yokogawa Centum VP CS 3000
including locking and unlocking the tags, modifying the existing logic and creating new
Graphic page for extension
Maintenance of all plant DCS, Safety Instrumented System (SIS), DCS network, PLC, and
Microcontroller based control systems
Responsible for development and maintenance of ALSPA P320 logics and HMI graphics,
Combustion/Steam Turbine Controls, and other local Programmable Logic Controls (PLCs)
Troubleshooting and hardware checks of I/O cards/modules of Distributed Control Systems
(DCS), Emergency Shutdown Systems (ESD) and Fire and Gas Detection Systems (FGD)
Troubleshoot problems with input/output errors, controllers, consoles, networks, analyzing
equipment failure logs and managing spare parts inventory.
Interface directly with vendor representatives for firmware/hardware upgrades and other
DCS vendor/customer communications.
Planning and Managing:
Worked in MAXIMO 7.5 and SAP for job planning, work order tracking and inventories.
Maintenance execution for all conventional instrument and control systems in planned
shutdowns / turnarounds and Instrumentation change/modify request
Planning in depth failure analysis of instrument equipment and systems to establish and
eliminate root causes with recommended technical solution.
Co-ordination with sub-contractor, client representatives, follows up of materials, instrument
receiving inspection and its preservation.
Performing trouble shooting and failure diagnosis on plant technical issues.
Plan, supervise & execute of major equipment/plant turnarounds & shutdowns.
Field Instruments
Maintenance and Calibration of all field instruments including Gauges, HART & ProfiBus
Transmitters, Analyzers, SOV’s, Control Valves, Positioners, and Switches.
Co-ordinate and involve with the process control team for the clearance of Grounding /
Breaker Installation / Terminations / Continuity checks / instrument installation / Loop
checks / System Function checks / P&ID check outs.
Troubleshooting and maintenance of ABB Totalflow Gas Chromatography, Omega-
Turbine flow meter, Krohne-Magnetic flow meter, Schlumberger MPFM Phase Watcher
Vx29LV and Yokogawa-Coriolis flow meter.
Installation and maintenance of actuators and feedback devices on Switchgear 110v – 6.6KV,
transformers, motors / actuators, generators (H2 cooled) and ATEX equipment.

Plant Equipment. Argon gas system in control room and CO2 gas system in Turbine block
for fire protection.
Production Well Pad:
