TUTORIAL – REPORT WRITING (PROGRESS REPORT)

UTAR is organizing a blood donation campaign. You as the President of the Science
Society have been asked to write a report to the President of UTAR explaining the progress
of the campaign. State also the problems encountered and measures taken to overcome the
problems. Send a copy of the report to the Dean of the Science Faculty.

Your report must have an introduction.

The body should include:

Work completed
Work in progress
Work to be completed

Closing paragraph

NOTE:
Don’t forget to include at least one problem that you encountered and how you intend to
solve it/ have solved it in the body of your report.
