Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:


 Responsible for hiring junior, mid and senior key resources from IT industry for DOP, DAC, NATGRID,
BBNL, MoH&FW, MCA, DMF, MyGov, NIXI, ECI, MoRD, GSTN, etc.
 Managing to hire across all levels within the defined Turn around Time and approved budget
bracket.
 Ensuring to have a good funnel created for all open positions maintaining defined budget levels.
 Maintaining tracker with candidate’s relevant information.
 Responsible for end to end interview process.
 Responsible for providing MIS of all the recruitment related activities.
 Responsible for holding CTC verification and negotiations for selected and back up candidates.

Compensation Management:
 Managing the cycle of payroll inputs for DOP, TRAI, DAC, NATGRID, ECI, IBM,
MoRD, MoC, MyGov and DMF.
 Work closely with payroll team to implement payroll.
 Processing payment of invoice consultants for BBNL, MCA, MoH&FW, ESDM, MeitY Legal and ensuring
remittance of the payment.
 Designing compensation structures at various levels for payroll projects.
 Responsible for PF, ESI, Leave Management and other statutory compliance related to payroll.
 Managing Full and Final settlement process for exited employees.
