Questions from Discussion Board

1. What are the deliverables?

Please see the overview of deliverables starting on page 2 of this document for the list of

deliverables.

2. What are the tasks? The subtasks? The work packages?

Please see the Work Breakdown Structure starting on page 8 of this document for the list of

tasks, subtasks, and work packages for this project.

3. Would any of the activities listed exceed 80 man-hours of effort?

Task 4.4.2 titled Complete any requirements for use of selected officiate, task 8.1.1 titled Locate

wedding dress, and task 9.8.1 titled Convince bride and groom everything will go as planned

could all potentially exceed 80 man-hours.

4. How do you know if you've decomposed your WBS activities far enough?

I believe I have included all of the required tasks for the completion of the project. I believe each

task can be accomplished by one person (except where required), can be easily marked off as

complete, and the activities listed are small enough to allow for accurate time estimation.

5. Does the information given allow for control of the project?

I believe I have broken the project down and defined the scope of the project enough to form a

baseline level of control. Activities and requirements may be altered, added, or removed during

the project cycle and the WBS and project charter will reflect any changes.
