1. MISSION:
To achieve personal and professional success through living life compassionately,
and honestly, with a mixture of realism and creative imagination, believing that
anything is achievable if one sets mind to it.

Marketing Specialist/Associate/Assistant:
The tasks for a Marketing associate involves research, maintenance, and reporting
of marketing data to facilitate management in identifying the marketing direction.
In addition, this role assists in developing materials for reports, proposals,
presentations, and correspondence. This role supports day to day marketing
operations including promotional, and media campaigns. The event management
of special projects, and promotions is also his/her responsibility. The interpersonal,
creative, and presentation skills, are required by this role.
3. TARGET MARKETS:
The generic description of my target market would range the companies on medium
sized having not more than 200 employees at workplace. The companies of this
market are generally considered to have a very progressive corporate culture. These
companies range from media agencies, digital media agencies to advertising and
PR firms. The reason that this market attracts me, is that the small sized
organizations does not offer any growth opportunities, and in very large

organizations, one cannot raise and communicate concerns about the corporate
culture, or processes being followed to the upper management, as it is not much
accessible. The medium sized firms offers opportunities as well as provides access
to the upper management as well. The progressive corporate culture is important
for me because I, myself is a very progressive person, and does not follows
conventional and conservative processes. Moreover, I am more attracted to digital
media advertising, which is why PR and advertising firms are the right choice for
me. The target companies which I would love to be a part of in future are Crowdtap,
Conductor, Dixon Schwabl and NewsCred.

Showed strong teamwork, and interpersonal skills while working for 6 weeks
as digital marketing internee at Shareflo internship program, after being
selected from a number of students who enrolled for this program. Developed
startup events for Shareflo new products and took part in the planning and
execution of the advertising and social media campaigns.
2. Marketing Internee at Moxie NYC
Worked for 3 weeks internship program as Marketing Internee at Moxie NYC
and developed marketing strategies for some of the big names like Toyota,
NetJets, and Scion.
3. Co-Founder of the Human Resource Development Society of department:
Through this platform, we conducted seminars and workshops for students on
marketing and advertising, and career planning being chaired by various known
business leadership.
4. Designed Brochures and Flyers for HRD Society:
Acquired excellent Advanced PowerPoint, Publisher, and Photoshop skills, and
used it to develop presentations, flyers and brochures for the promotional
activities of the department society.

Got sponsors from various big advertising agencies for aiding the workshops
being conducted by the Sales & Marketing Association.

premium account that would cost me $99 per year. I will use this platform to
advertise myself by writing blogs on various concepts of marketing. This
platform will help advertise my knowledge and expertise in marketing.
2. LinkedIn Pulse:
By using the Pulse application, I can effectively create published posts
depicting my knowledge on various concepts along with the viewership of the
network at LinkedIn. This would cost me approximately $50 per month by
having a premium account.
3. YouTube:
By using my video making skills, I will post videos on YouTube for making
marketing concepts easy. This will be a free of cost method, used to advertise
my presentation and advertising skills.
4. Business Card:
I will design and make business cards which would have key attributes about
me. Showing my qualification, designing skills, and creativity. IT would cost
$20 to print 250 cards, enough for me to distribute while attending various
conferences and seminars.

6. EXECUTION PLAN:
First Semester:
First of all, I would need to create profiles on YouTube, LinkedIn, and WordPress Blog for creating
my social profile for recording of my marketing concepts and presentation skills. Secondly, I
would have to regularly create blogs on various topics as being learned in the semester on the
WordPress. Then similarly, I will make supportive videos to make these concepts easily
understandable and post it on YouTube. In addition, using the LinkedIn Pulse, I have to regularly
publish posts there as well. Also, for the creation of healthy network, I need to start making
connections within the advertising, marketing and PR network.
Second Semester:

Establishment of the Human Resource Development Society, doing all the necessary groundwork,
like gathering human resources, establishing its working framework, and goals and objectives.
Conducting small level workshops by the department professors as a pilot project. Networking for
its promotion. Creating banners and flyers, and gathering sponsors. Moreover, maintaining the
blogs, videos, and published work on YouTube, WordPress, and LinkedIn. Attending conferences,
seminars and workshops by different universities and institutes and making strong connections
with key personnel. Enrolling in courses for Adobe Photoshop, Office, PowerPoint and Excel
learning programs. Keeping eye on the internship programs being offered by the various marketing
and advertising and PR agencies in New York, and their requirement of skills. Gaining these skills
and aligning with its requirements.
Third Semester:
Conducting Workshop through the platform of Human Resource Development Society. Get
enrolled as sponsor provider for the Sales and Marketing Association. Get needed sponsors for
their workshop programs. Enroll in the internship program by Shareflo for 6 weeks internship in
summer vacations. Get selected in the internship program. Learn and adapt to the corporate culture
of the Shareflo. Maintaining the blogs, videos, and published work on YouTube, WordPress, and
LinkedIn. Propagating myself, and making my resume healthy through conducting marketing and
advertising workshops and using my connections at Shareflo to get their key personnel to attend
these sessions.
Fourth Semester:
Getting enrolled and being selected in the internship program at Moxie NYC. Using the work done
on strategizing the marketing of big firms like Toyota to help elevate personal resume. Design and

and distribute it among key market personnel in conferences, workshops and internship
