WS-99
Excellent salt spray resistance and adhesion for metal coating
1、Characteristics:
a. Low curing temperature, excellent adhesion and salt spray resistance.
b. Excellent chemical resistance and excellent alkali resistance.
c. Good balance of hardness and flexibility.
2、Applications:
Clear coatings for metals such as brass, electroplated Nickel, electroplated Zn, stainless
steel and so on.
3、Introduction:
WS-99 is a thermosetting acrylic resin which is cross-linkable with melamine resin under
cure condition between 120℃~150℃, to form protective film with high gloss, high
hardness and adequate flexibility. Because WS-99 possesses excellent chemicals, salt spray
and alkali resistance, it can be applied in variety of metals in order to achieve excellent
corrosion resistance.
