EEI Power Corporation can generate enough output power. The company
has three machines and in every machine has a capacity of 5MW, 75-80% of
that is the output electrical power that can be generated by those machines.
The company can generate an output power up to 12MW of per day in a
capacity 15MW Diesel Power Plant so they can be transfer in the line of
DANECO that could be used in residential places. “
EEI Power Corporation has well-disciplined and efficient experienced
workers. The company has well efficient and experienced workers so they
can cooperate with others idea in order to easily solve the problems in the
power plant and capability to do their tasks.
EEI Power Corporation is very concern about the safety. The company is
very concern about the safety of the constituents of the company to avoid
100% injuries and to ensure follow the safety standards.
EEI Power Corporation can immediately started and connect to
distribution. The company can immediately started up their machine after a
few preparations were finished and can immediately connect to the
distribution lie after the generating machines are in synchronous speed.

WEAKNESS
EEI Power Corporation has lack of equipment. The company has lack of
equipment because the equipment uses for replacing are located in the main
office of HR which is located far from the power plant.
EEI Power Corporation has defective machines. Some generating
machines are old and defective and the company cannot replace it
immediately because they don’t have any reserve equipment.
EEI Power Corporation is high in maintenance. The company has major
and minor maintenance which is need a higher cost in budget for maintaining
those engines in good condition.
EEI Power Corporation has lack of PPE on their operation. Some of the
workers are not having or wearing proper PPE in their operation because of
the limited stocks that are issued by the company.
OPPORTUNITIES
Growth of company. The company tends to increase their output power
capacity that could use for residential place to avoid power shortage
especially in Tagum City. As the demand of electricity increases, EEI Power
Corporation has the opportunity to expand and increase their plant capacity.
Job prospect. One of the good opportunities provided by EEI Power
Corporation is hiring for workers. Since the company mainly focuses on
related electrical and mechanical works this opportunity is only applicable to
electrical and mechanical engineers and other profession which is related all
about in engineering works.
Public-Private Partnership Option. The company can partners with public
and private company which is good and best opportunity for the company to
develop and innovate.
Reliability of the power plant. The EEI Power Corporation is more reliable
in their duty and goals in terms of generating electricity that could be use in
the commercial or residential place, they can generate electricity in a long
period of time that could have a big impact that helps for the lack of source in
electricity.
THREATS
Fire Accident. One of the threats of EEI Power Corporation is fire accident.
`If there’s a fire, the power plant can be exploded due to some fuels. It can be
so dangerous and have an absence of electricity.
Rivalry. Electrical firms in this generation are increasing. Because of this
competition the intensity of rivalry between goes on a high level.
Lack of materials. Due to lack of replacement materials there’s a tendencies
of having a malfunctioning in the machines that could be one of the threats of
EEI Power Corporation.
Competitor market. As time pass by, the arrival of new electrical firms in the
market is increasing one of the threats of the said company.
Quickly increasing the price of diesel .
If the price of the diesel is increasing, it is one of the problem of the firm that
can affect the high price of the cost per KW power. And due to high
maintenance of the equipment used in the machine it is also affects the price
of the product in the company.
