Working as anPR. Engineer – Production Assembly Department from feb. 2017 to till date
ANU INDUSTRIES LTD. is an ISO/TS-16949 certified company and having a turnover of 600 Cr. The
company engaged with Washer Motor,Starter Relay and Reservoir for OEMs.

JOB PROFILE: -
1. PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES:-
Meet target as per production plan of assembly Section and improvement activities in the term of
productivity.
Responsible for day-to-day planning and production with better utilization of manpower and resources.
Supervision and problem solving on the assembly line.
Responsible for manpower requirement & deployment.
To make coordination with PPC & dispatch, according to production plan.
In charge of assembly and production & Also Handling Tooling deptt.
Check the OEE data, line efficiency, daily production, rejection, report and analysis
Involve Implementation of 5S and safety rule on shop floor.
Minor trouble shootings of work and quality control.
Technical interaction with team members and senior to improve the production and quality of
products.
Responsible for overall production in the respective shift.
Implementation of KAIZAN, POKAYOKE, system for reducing rejection.
Line balancing with the help of TAKT TIME
Daily Monitoring of Plan Vs Actual
Generation of Shortages on the basis of open production orders & following up with various
departments for getting the short material on time as per plan.
Making decisions for putting the right person on right job for getting maximum output & also rotating
manpower for more flexibility.
Coordinating internal / external audit and maintaining records.
Responsible for the regular preventive maintenance of Pneumatic machine & get calibration of various
gauges used in assy. Line.
To provide regular training programs for all operators as per skill matrix.
To maintain records as per ISO/TS 16949
To organize the MOM & quality meeting on Daily Basis
Handling more than 40 man power.
In-product audit of all assembly with frequency of 2 hours.
Analysis for REJECTION with CFT.
Training to operator for ABNORMAL SITUATION.
Schedule v/s status.

Handling of customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Corrective & Preventive action on customer complaints.
Analysis of causes of nonconformity.
Co-ordination for implementation of countermeasures at customer end.
