Greetings of Peace!

I would like to request your good office for the replacement of one electrical wooden pole
located at Brgy. Singcara, Lumbayanague, Lanao del Sur. The said pole had already deteriorated
which might lead to hazards and accident to our residents especially to students going to and fro
school nearby. Attached herein is the copy of the photo of the said pole for your perusal.

I hope that our request will be granted as soon as possible to avoid peril to our
constituents.
