COMPLETION REPORT
I. INTRODUCTION:
Anchored on the tenet Child Friendly Environment, Tigbao Integrated
School ensures an environment conducive to learning. Every child deserves to
learn in a conducive learning environment that poses no threat to their health
and safety and enhances learning outcomes and academic performance. The
classroom is a teaching resource that should not be ignored. Students and teachers
spend the majority of their day in school classrooms, and it’s a teacher’s
responsibility to foster an environment and atmosphere that enhance learning.
Developing a classroom environment conducive to learning is a process that
entails staging the physical space, getting the students to cooperate, creating a
communal environment, and finally maintaining a positive classroom climate and
culture.
It is on the premise that the proponents proposed this project, “Eskwelahan
ko, Pagandahon ko” foster learning which will be utilized by the students in the
opening of classes this School Year 2019-2020.
Materializing this project is costly and requires a certain amount which the
proponents will get from solicitations through the generous people in the
community and from the internal and external stakeholders.
II. OBJECTIVES:
To finesse and beautify the four corners of classroom of Grade 7 –
Emerald
To instill in the hearts of the learners the essence of a child/learner
friendly learning environment
III. PROJECT METHODOLOGY:
The Project “Eskwelahan ko, Pagandahon ko” will be implemented at
Grade 7 – Emerald classroom of Tigbao Integrated School in coordination with
the parents of Grade of 7 Emerald students to ensure an environment that is
conducive to learning. This is in preparation for the opening of classes this School
Year 2019-2020.
During the implementation stage, the proponents solicited to the generous
people in the community, as well as in the officials of the Municipality of Aroroy
in order to come-up with the desired amount to be used for the project. The
amount solicited was used in purchasing cement and sand and for the honorarium
for the service rendered by the laborers. The purchasing of cement and sack was
done on May 13, 2019. (9:00 AM) which is the first day of the implementation
stage. The project took 9 days to be realized.

Based on the outcome of the project, a renovated classroom that is safe
and is conducive to learning was materialized. It was monitored by the school
principal, Mr. Louie D. Asuncion. Indeed, the innovation project was successfully
managed and implemented by the proponents.
B. Problems Met and Solutions Offered
The proponents did not meet tumultuous problems in the implementation
of the project since there were people behind the successful conduct of the
innovation project. To mention them were the parents of Grade 7 – Emerald
students, the school principal, Mr. Louie D. Asuncion and the generous people in
the community who worked and supported together for the attainment of this
noble undertaking.
C. Lesson Learned
Contingency plan should be provided when problems occurs and
delegation of work is important for the success of the project. The proponents also
learned that there are generous people in the community who worked and
supported together for the attainment of this noble undertaking.
V. RECOMMENDATION FOR REPLICATION AND SUSTAINABILITY:
