2019 OVERALL TARGET

QUANTITATIVE

EVANGELISM
- 340 souls to be evangelized by 3 departments (YP, ADULTS, CHILDREN) by
the end of November 2019.
- 50% of LCBC members were able to witness on a one-on-one capacity at
least twice this year.
- 42 baptized believers in one year.

DISCIPLESHIP
- 2ND Generation D-Group has started on the 1st Quarter of the year. (7DG)
- 3rd Generation D-Group has started on the 2nd half of the year. (21DGEx)
- 1 Core Group Leadership Training & Retreat (January)

WORSHIP
- 200 average attendance until the end of 2nd half.
- 220 average attendance until the end of the year.

FELLOWSHIP
- 10 Small Group Fellowships to be handled by 1st Generation DGROUPS.
- 4 to 6 Small Group Joint Fellowships in a year (Quarterly) for adults.
- 12 Small Group Joint Fellowships in a year (Monthly) for YP.

OUTREACH
A. COMMUNITY (Llano)
- 2 community service in a year (Livelihood Program, Gift giving)
- 2 Feeding Programs will be opened on the 1st quarter (To be led by group of
teachers).
B. CHURCH PLANTING
- 2 Mission Teams will be formed in January for Valenzuela and Pampanga
Outreaches.
- 3 church planting areas will be inaugurated quarterly (La Union, Valenzuela,
Pampanga).
