Washing Powder

Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulphonic Acid (LABSA) 17.7
CMC (Carboxymethyl Cellulose ) 1
STPP (Sodium tripolyphosphate) 16
Tinopal 1
SLS 5
Sodium Silicate 10
Sodium Sulphate 10
Soda Ash 25
Caustic Soda 5
Borax 2
Protease 1
Lipase 1
Distilled Water 5
Dye 0.1
Perfume 0.2
Procedure:

o Initially mix Soda Ash and LABSA and mix them until you get a powder formation
o Above reaction is highly exothermic. Hence the temperature may rise to 600C - 650C
temperature.
o Cool the mixture up to 300C - 350C and add following ingredients one by one.
 Sodium Sulphate
 STPP
 Borax
 SLS
 CMC
 Tinopal
 Caustic Soda
 Sodium Silicate
 Protease
 Lipase
 Distilled Water
 Fragrance
 Color
o Stir the powder for 30 minutes. If it is possible use a ribbon blender for better mixing.
Then pack the finished product in the suitable packing.
