Versatility & Proven Performance
The Option™ELITE inferior vena cava filter protects against recurrent pulmonary embolism (PE). It can be retrieved or remain implanted
depending on whether the patient needs short-term or long-term PE protection. With over six years of positive, consistent and proven
clinical performance, the Option™ELITE filter has a unique anchoring system that makes retrievals easier. The Option™ELITE is now cleared
for delivery using a standard or over-the-wire technique via jugular, femoral, antecubital, or popliteal access.

Indications
The Option™ELITE Inferior Vena Cava Filter is intended for the prevention of recurrent PE via placement in the
vena cava in the following conditions:

• Pulmonary thromboembolism when anticoagulant therapy is contraindicated

• Failure of anticoagulation therapy in thromboembolic diseases
• Emergency treatment following massive PE when anticipated benefits of conventional therapy are reduced
• Chronic, recurrent PE when anticoagulation therapy has failed or is contraindicated

SKATER™ Drainage System

The SKATER™ Drainage System provides a portfolio for clinicians and patients to manage their drainage needs. The portfolio includes a
complete size range of catheters for percutaneous drainage procedures including abscess, nephrostomy, biliary, and centesis. To assist
in targeted catheter placement, an array of accessories including introducer sets, introducer sheath/needles (ISN), and Hawkins blunt
needles are available. The system is completed with drainage bags for collecting fluid.

The SKATER™ catheters are designed to promote maximum drainage flow. They are formulated for patient comfort, kink resistance, easy

HSG catheters are designed for use in hysterosonography or hysterosalpingography procedures.

Key Product Attributes

• Non-latex, soft, concentric balloon provides secure placement in the uterus or cervical canal and effectively
seals to prevent retrograde leakage of saline or contrast media
• Open-ended, round distal tip is soft and short to minimize trauma to the cervical canal and uterine cavity
• The distal end-hole design allows for even distribution of saline or contrast media and accepts a .035” or .038”
guidewire depending upon French size
• The malleable introduction sheath retains curvature to facilitate easy placement into the cervical canal
• Color-coded stopcocks on both catheter lumens: the blue stopcock is for balloon inflation, while the white

UltraStream Chronic Dialysis Catheter (CDC) is specifically designed for over-the-wire (OTW) or peel-away insertion techniques. The
unique dual independent arterial lumen design and kink resistant material ensures adequate flow rates. UltraStream CDC is indicated
for the use of hemodialysis or apheresis.
