ADDENDUM TO PROMISSORY NOTE

In Connection to my promissory note with RHEAN CYCLE MART dated


__________________, I hereby agree to the following additional terms and conditions:

1. I shall surrender to Rhean Cycle Mart the Original Receipt (O.R.) of payment, and the original
Certificate of Registration (C.R.) of the purchased motorcycle unit.

2. I agree that the O.R. and C.R. shall remain in the possession of the Rhean Cycle Mart unit the
promissory note and applicable interest and penalties are fully paid. I understand that the documents
shall be turned-over to me after all my obligations are fully settled.

3. I shall coordinate with the Rhean Cycle Mart for the annual renewal of registration, and then
surrender possession of the latest O.R. and C.R.

4. I am aware that the declaring the O.R. and C.R. lost, when in fact I voluntarily surrendered the
documents with Rhean Cycle Mart, may subject me to criminal action.
