TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that a parcel of land with TCT No. T-42639


was purchased by LGU of El Salvador through an Extrajudicial Settlement
of Estate among Heirs with Deed of Absolute Sale attached herein. This
parcel of land is located in Sitio Linabo, Brgy Cogon of this city to be used
as relocation site of informal settler families of the city.

This certifies further that all necessary rights of way of the said
project have been acquired by the LGU.

This certification is issued upon the request of National Housing


Authority(NHA) for the requirement that has to be submitted to its central
office.
