Biotechnology: Benefits and Ethical Issues

Biotechnology has revolutionized disease treatment by allowing genetic manipulation and gene therapy to cure hereditary diseases. However, it also raises important ethical issues regarding how it may impact social structures like families and employment. While biotechnology has benefits like new drug development and production, it is important to continue testing and learning about both its benefits and potential harms to ensure it is used safely and for medical purposes.
