Terms and Conditions


[Link] will charge the commission at the time of order pick-up, on food value
IF there is any pending commission then [Link] will invoice the restaurant at the end of the month
[Link] will provide the restaurant with a monthly order report
The restaurant is liable to fulfill orders by [Link] on priority
The restaurant will allow [Link] to use their logo and their name for marketing on [Link] marketing platforms
The restaurant will provide 2 exclusive deals to [Link] every month (recommended)
The restaurant will ensure the hygiene & failsafe packaging of the food being prepared for delivery
Additional marketing can be done by [Link] with a specified budget paid by the restaurant
Commission rate can/will be renegotiated based on the orders/business being generated
The restaurant will be responsible for informing [Link] about any menu/price changes. If this is not communicated within due
time, then the restaurant will be liable to pay the difference in price
* The conditions described above are applicable for 2018.
