Sir,

Please accept this letter as a formal notification of my resignation as a Draftsman (Job

Order) from the Municipal Engineering Office. My last day of work will be on April 30, 2019.

The schedule of my review and preparation for the upcoming Architecture Board Exam is
already starting to conflict with my working hours, which may affect my work output in the
long run. Thus, I have decided to file my resignation, to benefit both parties involved. Rest
assured that the quality of service I will be rendering for the final days of my employment
will still remain the same.

I really appreciate the experience and growth opportunities I have gained while working
with you. If I can help in any way to ease the transition, please let me know.

Sincerely,

STEVEN BRUCE B. LAYUGAN
