Emergency Preparedness & Response Training Plan

Location: Max Tower, Noida Date & Schedule: 19.04.2019 (11:00 to 17:00 hrs.)

I) Classroom Training 11:00 to 13:30 hrs.

II) Pre-Evacuation Walkthrough 14:15 to 14:40 hrs.

A quick walkthrough will be taken by our faculty to assess the preparedness of site team and infrastructure
for conducting evacuation drill. The fire alarm system, exit routes, emergency lighting, fire hydrant system,
location of assembly point and preparedness of ERT members and security team will be assessed to ensure
safest and quickest evacuation.

III) Alarm Activation & Triggering Evacuation (15:00 hrs.)

Alarm Activation will be done with PA system announcement to trigger Evacuation

IV) Safety Demonstration and Briefing (15:10 – 15:40 hrs.)

Safety Briefing to all occupants evacuated will be done with demonstration of fire-fighting system and
emergency rescue by trained ERT members.

V) Closing Session with ERT Team (15:50 – 16:20 hrs.)

Collection of all observers input and wrap up discussion with ERT team covering observations of
Emergency Response during drill.

Arrangements Requested:

Projector and sitting arrangements, Chocolates, and 3 Prizes / Token of Prizes to be given to top 3
participants
