Machine Monitoring System Course Overview

This two-day machine monitoring course covers machine vibration theory including sensor types, frequency, displacement, and speed sensors. It includes both theoretical and practical sessions, with hands-on practice installing sensors, troubleshooting, measuring vibration and displacement, and identifying the proper installation of probes and cables. Participants will learn to convert machine frequencies to rotational speed and practice installing thermocouples to monitor bearing temperatures.
