MAPS – PROCESS

The diagram illustrates the process of how plastic recycle.

It is evident from the diagram that there are sex main stages involved in the reproduction
of plastic, beginning with selling plastic products and ending with transfer finished
products to stores.

To start with, bottles are bought and used is contained in bags and rubbish which are
thrown away and brought to landfill, while bottles are collected for recycling aims. In the
next stage of the process, bottles are collected and delivered to areas which are called
sorting houses. At some point after this, bottles are transported by trucks to factories.
Following this, at the factories, the reproduction of plastic is operated. The final stage of
the process is that finished products is transported from the factories to the shops to
business.

The diagram illustrates how glass bottles are recycled. It is evident from the diagram that
there are 3 main stages in the whole glass bottles recycling process, beginning with
collecting bottles and finishing with the delivery of the finished product for sale.

In the first stage, wasted bottles are reassembled at collection points. After that, bottles
are transported by trucks to cleaning plant. In the second stage, bottles are washed to
remove impurities. Following that, they are classified into 3 categories including brown,
green and clear glass. At some point after this, bottles are transferred to glass factories. In
the next step, bottles are putted on furnace which reached to high temperatures. After
that, recycled liquid glass and new liquid glass are moulded into new products. In the last
stage, finished products are sent back to the supermarket for selling.
