Hi Guys!

Good afternoon!
We are assigned to compile for the bar exam questions from 2014 to 2017.
I would like to suggest that in order to facilitate our understanding with the topics, each questions will be
categorized based on Bar Syllabus, to wit:
A) General Principles of Taxation;
B) National Taxation;
C) Local Taxation;
D) Tariff and Customs Code of the Philippines; and
E) Judicial Remedies.

For 2014:

Category Item No. 2014

I. General Principles of Taxation 12,23,28 3
2,3,8,9-
II.
National Taxation 21,24,25,26,27,29 21
III. Local Taxation 7 1
Tariff and Customs Code of the
IV.
Philippines 6 1
V. Judicial Remedies 1,4,5 3
29

I would also like to suggest that each of us will be responsible to look for the suggested answers for each
question and compile the same in a word format. (It would also be easy to collate everything if it is in the
word file). If you can find two or more suggested answer, the better. We will work on the details later and
find the best one based on the provisions.
I am yet to receive the advice from Roa on the list of classmates who will be with us in the group. So until I
receive the list, I cannot give you the tasking yet. As of now, you can browse the files attached.
I think we will not cover all the topics this coming 2 February 2019, so I’ll find time for 2015-2017 questions
probably this weekend.
If you have questions, suggestion or comments for the furtherance of our group effort, please feel free to
contact me. You know how and where to find me.

Looking forward to work with you all.

P.S. Attached herewith is the copy of the questions.

God bless us all.
