FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the CARMINA


CAROMINAS(Borrower) and CELESTE
CAROMINAS(Borrower) unconditionally promises to pay
(jointly and severally in case of more than one Borrower) to
the order of CARMEN CARUNUNGAN (Lender) the
principal sum of PHILIPPINE PESOS: FIVE HUNDRED
THOUSAND PESOS (₱500,000.00), due and payable
without need of notice or demand on March 1, 2018.

The interest on this Note shall be fixed at Ten Percent (10%)


per annum throughout the term of the Loan and shall be
payable in annually.

This Note shall be governed by and construed in accordance


with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

This Note is executed by the Borrower and delivered to the


Lender this 1st day of March 2017 at Malolos, Philippines.
