Welcome to i-Flex

The i-Flex program gives you the ownership to define benefits with
flexibility to adapt as per your needs. This is administered through
online portal where you can find all the information you need, to
make decisions about your choices.

This short guide explains how to use the site, including:


• Logging in
• View your Total Reward Statement
• Accessing an overview of your benefits, and,
• The benefits offering
• Making your benefit selections
Logging in
1. www.benefitsinmotion.cnhindustrial.com/ind
2. Click on the i-Flex link (if logging via CNH
portal)
3. Log in using the credentials as shared in
your email

How to reset your password


If you have forgotten your details follow the
‘Forgotten your username or password?’ link
on the log in page to reset these.
Your homepage
Your homepage contains all the information you
need to navigate around the site and explore your
benefits. It displays an overview of your Total
Reward Statement, and, links to additional tools &
resources to help you manage your benefits.

Important : Please note you may need to enable


pop-ups when using the i-Flex site. Check your
browser privacy settings to ensure pop-ups are
enabled for i-Flex. For any help on this, please
contact local IT representative.
Your Total Reward Statement
On the homepage, click ‘Total Reward Statement’ to
see the complete list of your benefits and their
corresponding value, including how much CNH
Industrial pays and how much you pay towards life
insurance top-up (if opted). You can also quickly see
the level of coverage selected.

To view the monetary values click at the top of


the page.

The amounts shown here are indicative. For exact


amounts please refer to documents issued by CNH
Industrial HR.

Life insurance

As a part of the company’s core benefit offerings the company offers a Life
Insurance coverage to all employees from the date of joining the company
.Under this benefit in the unfortunate event of an employee death financial
assistance is provided to the beneficiary of the employee . The coverage
is based on the salary grade the employee is currently in
As a part of i-Flex you now will have the opportunity to enhance the level
of coverage to suit your lifestyle . You will only pay the differential money

Holiday Trading (Annual Leave Buy/ Sell)

With this options employees can buy / sell their holidays based on their
need. upto 5 holidays can be bought /sold at a time
If in case you have certain leave plans and feel your leaves will be
insufficient for the same , you can opt to buy leaves in the beginning of the
year. The amount equivalent to number of leaves bought will be deducted
in you first month’s pay based on total cash .

Club partnership)

We have partnered with Advantage Club which has got various discount
schemes for food ,dining , travel , leisure etc

SAVINGS

National Pension Scheme

It is option to strengthen your savings and to create a corpus to enable subscriber fror
purchasing annuities post retirement . This can be opted on the i-Flex portal . We have
partnered with HDFC securities for the same
Tax benefits :
Contribution via employer : Upto 10% of the employees basic salary as tax exempt
The amount that you select will get deducted from your monthly total earnings .

Voluntary Provident Fund

You can opt for Voluntary Provident Fund on the i-Flex window and choose for monthly
amount to be contributed each month.
You can choose upto 88% of your basic pay to contribute as Voluntary Provident Fund. The
fund gets accumulated with your PF contribution.
Tax Benefits :
It is a part of the total investments under Setion 80C which has a maximum limit of INR
150,000.
TAX EFFICENCY

House Rent Allowance

As a part of the company’s standard compensation structure there is an element of House


Rent Allowance . The amount is is based on the salary grade the employee is currently in .
As a part of i-Flex you now will have the opportunity to select the level of coverage to suit
your lifestyle .
Flexible range : Minimum 0 / maximum 50% of Basic salary

Leave Travel Allowance


As a part of the company’s standard compensation structure there is an element of
Leave Travel Allowance . The amount is is based on the salary grade the employee is
currently in .As a part of i-Flex you now will have the opportunity to select the level of
coverage to suit your lifestyle .Flexible range : Minimum 0 / maximum INR 75000 PA
TAX EFFICENCY

Meal coupons

We have partnered with Zeta to enable giving you meal coupons (cards) if you want to opt
for the same . If you want to opt for meal coupons you can opt for INR 2200 pm (INR
26400 pa). This is a fixed amount .
The entire amount opted as meal coupon is tax exempt. These coupons can be used on
food stores/ restaurants for buying food items .

Telephone reimbursement

You can opt for Telephone Reimbursement as a part of your compensation package.
You will continue to receive the applicable Telephone Reimbursement amount Month on
Month in your salary .
For claiming the tax benefit you would need to submit proof of the payment . Any phone
bills eg Landline / Mobile / Internet connection can be used to claim the tax benefit (for one
phone number ) The amount for which the Telephone bills are submitted will be fully
exempt from taxes. This is subject to applicable tax laws in the country and may change in
future
Flexible Range : Minimum 0/ Maximum upto INR 48000 PA
TAX EFFICENCY

Fuel reimbursement

You can claim reimbursement of fuel bills if you opt for this benefit. The benefit can also
be claimed even if you do not have a company provided car. The amount will be paid as
a reimbursement .
The tax benefit differs based on whether an employee has a company car or not :
If you have a company provided car the entire fuel reimbursement received, supported by
bills is exempt from taxes . The employee is liable for a perk tax of INR 1800 pm.
If you do not have a company car , opting for fuel reimbursement , you can get a
maximum of INR 1800 exempt from taxes based on the actual receipts submitted .
Flexible range : Minimum 0/Maximum upto available flexible credits
Drivers Salary Reimbursement

In case you hire the services of a driver you can opt for Driver Salary Reimbursement. It will
be payable as a reimbursement based on the bills submitted .
The benefit differs based on whether an employee has a company car or not :
If you have a company provided car the Driver Salary Reimbursement received, supported
by bills is exempt from taxes . The employee is liable for a perk tax of INR 900 pm.
If you do not have a company car opting for Driver’s Salary Reimbursement , you can get a
maximum of INR900 exempt from taxes based on actual receipts submitted..
Flexible range : Minimum 0/Maximum INR 240,000 PA
Making your benefit selections
1. Follow the ‘Benefits’ link on your homepage
2. Click ‘Select Benefits’ to start making your
choices
3. ‘Select’ or ‘Change’ the benefits you wish to
use and complete any steps as prompted
4. When ready, click ‘Confirm Selection’
5. Review your choices and when you are
happy to confirm, click ‘Commit My
Selections’ to submit your choices

After completing the above steps, you will receive an email confirming your choices – if you do not
receive an email, it infers that your selections have not been confirmed. Log-in again and check you
have completed any outstanding tasks.

If you change your mind or wish to add additional benefits after this stage, you will be able to repeat
this process as many times as you like before the benefit selection window closes. For the salary
processing & related taxation purposes, your latest submission will be considered as final.
