PREFACE

NSTP is the subject teaches every student how to socialize, communicate and

defend their self in every situation. It is requires in every student in the level of 1st year

college to take up this subject wholeheartedly and seriousness. This documentation is a

compilation of projects, and reports done by the students who took up NSTP, particularly

the area of Civic Welfare Training Service (CWTS).

This compilation inspires them as part of their lives because they deeply care

environment and knowing this using this documentation. And also these students exert

their effort to make the beautification of their project and time in order to make and

complete it.

INTRODUCTION

The National Training Service Program (NSTP) Republic Act 9163 is a program

aimed and enhancing civic consciousness and defense preparedness in the youth by

developing the ethics of service and patriotism.

NSTP is composed of three (3) components, namely: (ROTC) Reserved Officers

Training Corps, (CWTS) Civic Welfare Training Service, and (LTS) Literacy

Training Service.

ROTC (Reserved Officers Training Corps)

- Aimed to realize the constitutional man date of developing a strong

civilian base to supplement the professional military in the nation’s

defense system

- To train all able-bodied tertiary students for military skills in case of

war.

CWTS (Civic Welfare Training System)

- Contributory to the general welfare and the betterment of life for the

enhancement of each facilities especially those devoted to improve

health, education, environment, entrepreneurship, safety, recreation

and moral of the citizenry.

LTS (Literacy Training Service)

- A program designed to train student to teach literacy and numerical

skills to school children, out of school youth and other segment of

society in need of their service.

These are the components of National Training Service Program (NSTP) that

provides the students training and strengthening the values and traits of the youth, also

the National Service Corps of the Civic Welfare Training Service.

3.1 Removal of old plants that will no longer add to the beauty of the plot.

3.2 Cultivating the land and preparation for the plantation.

MAJOR ACTIVITY AND PROJECT PROPER

CLEAN AND GREEN TEAM agreed upon on having their first project focusing

on the beautification of the AS building through removal of old plants and cultivating the

land for the new ornamental plants.

OUTCOME

In return to those efforts and tiredness, the said site transformed into beautiful

place. And this, the group said that the project was a success.

GENERALIZATION

The said project became successful just because of the cooperation and unity of

the group. The ambiance of the place or site became cool and relaxing place.

EVALUATION

The place became cleaner and more attractive. The place was no longer a mess it

has been cleaned and greens.

3.1 Digging around the metal at least half of a ruler.

3.2 Put the bricks around to make the its square shape.

3.3 Put the mix cement and sand into the middle of the square shape.

3.4 Flattened it using hands.

3.5 After that, ready the paint and the container to mix the green paint and

tinner.

3.6 After mixing, get the paint brush and start to paint.

MAJOR ACTIVITY AND PROJECT PROPER

CLEAN AND GREEN TEAM agreed upon on having their third project focusing

on the beautification of the AS building through the painting of the metal board, and also

the re-build the foundation of it.

OUTCOME

The group members give their efforts and tiredness to finish the assign task. And

this, the group said that the project was a success.

GENERALIZATION

The said project became successful just because of the cooperation and unity of

the group. Now, the place is more attractive to every student.

EVALUATION

The place became cleaner and more significant to the department. The place was

no longer a mess it has been cleaned and greens.
