Nurse : Good Afternoon, my name’s...................... i,m nurse in..................................

What’s your name?

Patient1 : Good afternoon nurse, my name’s ......................... and she is my sister

Nurse : How old are you?

Patient1 : i’m ...... year old

Nurse : did you sleep well last night?

Patient2 : Not really. Couse i still got a problem with my headache

Patient1 : last night she had trouble sleeping

Nurse : do you have other complain?

Patient2 : No, i don’t have

Nurse :Ok, 1 will check your blood pressure now and take your temperature...

Patient2 : ok, please

Nures : Your temperature is 360C. Is normal for you, Now please roll your sleeve up, 1 will

Check your blood pressure

Patient2 : Ok, please

Patient1 : How about the result, nurse?

Nurse : Miss....................... Your Blood pressure is 140/90. You got a problem with you

Blood pressure. Couse is too high range and i will report this to a doctor.

Do you have hipertension?

Patient2 : No, i don’t have

Patient1 : How about the medicine to my sister, nurse?

Nurse : Ok i will give medicine according to the doctor instruction.

Patient1 : what’s steps may recommended to lower high blood pressure to my sister?

Nurse : i think you need a rest a little bit, i suggest you to eat more fruits, vegetables, low
salt and low fat, etc.

Patient 2 : ok thanks nurse....... for you information, i will change to my life style..

Patient 1 : will the doctor come today?


Nurse : yes, he will come here at 10 am. the doctor will come soon to check you. Please

Nurse: Mrs.....say that her head is very painfull

Doctor: Owh.Okeh Nurse..thanks you, now I will go to the patient room for check general condition.

Doctor: Good morning.......

Patient: Good morning doctor...

Doctor: Are you Mrs..........?

Patient: Yes, doctor, I am Mrs.......

Doctor: What are you feel now Mrs.......

Patient: My head is very painfull, doc.

Doctor: Ok...I want check you now.

Patient: How is it doc?

Doctor: Don't be afraid Mrs.....you head is.....l....Now

I want to write prescription for you. Please nurse give me his medical record.

Patient; No, i don’t have
