6. If the customer is in breach of the terms and conditions of a given service, the company is entitled to وﺛ ﻴﻘﺔ ﺷ ﺮوط ﺗﻘﺪﻳﻢ ا ﻟﺨﺪﻣﺔ ا ﻟﺼ ﺎدرة ﻋﻦ ﻫ ﻴ ﺌﺔ اﻻﺗﺼ ﺎﻻت وﺗﻘ ﻨ ﻴﺔ

10. The company shall hold no responsibility for the mistakes committed by other service providers who ﻣﺨ ﺎ ﻟﻔﺔ ا ﻟﻌﻤ ﻴﻞ أي ﻣﻦ اﻷﺣ ﻜ ﺎم أو ا ﻟ ﺸ ﺮوط ا ﻟﻮاردة ﻓﻲ ﻋﻘﺪ

11. The Customer shall acknowledge the subscription contract’s Terms and Conditions upon signing it. .ﻣﻦ ا ﻟﻤﻌﻠﻮﻣ ﺎت ا ﻟﻤﻘﺪﻣﺔ ﻣ ﻨﻪ إ ﻟﻰ ا ﻟ ﺸ ﺮﻛﺔ ﻣ ﺰورة أو ﻣﻀﻠﻠﺔ
12. The company shall provide the subscribers with all requested services. أ( ﻣﻦ-4 ) ﻣﻊ ﻣ ﺮاﻋ ﺎة ﺣ ﻜﻢ ا ﻟﻔﻘ ﺮة، ﻓﻲ ﺣ ﺎ ﻟﺔ وﻓ ﺎة ا ﻟﻌﻤ ﻴﻞ
13. By benefiting from any service offered by the company, the customer does not have the ownership rights; ا ﻟﻤ ﺎدة ا ﻟﻌ ﺎﺷ ﺮة ﻣﻦ ﺷ ﺮوط ﺗﻘﺪﻳﻢ ا ﻟﺨﺪﻣﺔا ﻟﺼ ﺎدرة ﻣﻦ ﻫ ﻴ ﺌﺔ

14. Amounts collected by the Company shall be recorded in the accounts, thus placing the responsibility for .ﺗ ﻜﻦ ﻫﻲ ا ﻟﻤ ﺴﺆو ﻟﺔ ﻋ ﻨ ﻬ ﺎ
settling any liabilities resulting from the usage of a given service on the customers. ﻳﻘ ﺮ ا ﻟﻌﻤ ﻴﻞ ﺑﻌﻠﻤﻪ وا ﻃﻼﻋﻪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﻤ ﻴﻊ ا ﻟ ﺒ ﻨﻮد ا ﻟﻮاردة ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬا ا ﻟﻌﻘﺪ .11

16. When using the roaming service, the company will set extra charges on customers for using other local .ﺗﻘﻮم ا ﻟ ﺸ ﺮﻛﺔ ﺑ ﺘ ﺰوﻳﺪ ا ﻟﻌﻤ ﻴﻞ ﺑ ﺎ ﻟﺨﺪﻣﺔ أو ا ﻟﺨﺪﻣ ﺎت ا ﻟﻤﻄﻠﻮﺑﺔ .12

1. Jawwy is provided for all customers and is available online through the website www.jawwy.sa, at all www.jawwy.sa ﻳ ﺘﻢ ﺗﻘﺪﻳﻢ ﺧﺪﻣﺔ )ﺟﻮّي( ﻋ ﺒ ﺮ ا ﻟﻤﻮﻗﻊ اﻹ ﻟ ﻜ ﺘ ﺮوﻧﻲ ﻟﻠﺨﺪﻣﺔ .1
Service Offices. ﻳ ﺘﻮﺟﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ا ﻟﻌﻤ ﻴﻞ ﻋ ﻨﺪ ﻓﻘﺪان ﺑﻄ ﺎﻗ ﺘﻪ اﻹﺑﻼغ ﻓﻮًرا ﺣ ﺘﻰ ﻳﺨﻠﻲ ﻣ ﺴﺆو ﻟ ﻴ ﺘﻪ ﻣﻦ .2
2. If the SIM is lost, the customer must inform about that immediately in order for him/her to be no longer .أﻳﺔ ﺗ ﺒﻌ ﺎت ﻣ ﺴ ﺘﻘ ﺒﻠ ﻴﺔﻗﺪ ﺗ ﺘ ﺮﺗﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ا ﻟ ﺮﻗﻢ ا ﻟﻤ ﺴﺠﻞ ﺑ ﺎﺳﻢ ا ﻟﻌﻤ ﻴﻞ

3. Customers can add credit to their accounts via credit card as well as Jawwy recharge vouchers. .أو ﻋ ﺒ ﺮ اﺳ ﺘﺨﺪاﻣ ﺒﻄ ﺎﻗ ﺎت ﺟﻮّي
4. The cost of the calls will be deducted from the current credit available. When there is insufficient credit, ﺳ ﺘﺨﺼﻢ أﺳﻌ ﺎر ا ﻟﻤ ﻜ ﺎ ﻟﻤ ﺎت ا ﻟﻤ ﻨﻔﺬة ﻣﻦ رﺻ ﻴﺪك ا ﻟﺤ ﺎ ﻟﻲ وﻋ ﻨﺪ ﻧﻔ ﺎد ا ﻟ ﺮﺻ ﻴﺪ .4

his/her SIM will be disconnected after 90 days of activation. The customer then has no right to claim the ﻓﻲ ﺣ ﺎل ﻟﻢ ﻳﻘﻢ ا ﻟﻌﻤ ﻴﻞ ﺑ ﺘﺤﻤ ﻴﻞ ﺗﻄ ﺒ ﻴﻖ ﺟﻮّي ﺑ ﺰﻳ ﺎرة ا ﻟ ﺮاﺑﻂ ا ﻟ ﺘ ﺎ ﻟﻲ .5

6. After downloading the App and registering, if there is no chargeable activity on the SIM for 90 consecutive ﻓﻲ ﺣ ﺎل ﻗ ﺎم ا ﻟﻤ ﺸ ﺘ ﺮك ﺑ ﺘﺤﻤ ﻴﻞ ا ﻟ ﺘﻄ ﺒ ﻴﻖ وأﺗﻢ ﺗﻔﻌ ﻴﻞ ا ﻟ ﺸ ﺮﻳﺤﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼ ﻟﻪ ﺛﻢ .6

8. If the SIM is lost and the customer applies during the service period for a replacement, he/she will have a .ﻓﻲ ﺣ ﺎل إ ﻟﻐ ﺎ ء ا ﻟ ﺸ ﺮﻳﺤﺔ ﻻ ﻳﺤﻖ ﻟﻠﻌﻤ ﻴﻞ ا ﻟﻤﻄ ﺎ ﻟ ﺒﺔ ﺑ ﺮﻗﻤﻪ .7

10. Jawwy is for personal use. Therefore, it cannot be transferred/relinquished to others without the ﺳ ﻴ ﺘﻤ ﻜﻦ ا ﻟﻌﻤ ﻴﻞ ﻣﻦ ﻣﻌ ﺮﻓﺔ رﺻ ﻴﺪه ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل ﺗﻄ ﺒ ﻴﻖ ﺟﻮّي ﻟﻠ ﻬﻮاﺗﻒ ا ﻟﺬﻛﻲ أو .9
