SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, LUCIO ORIO TAN, JR., Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of Barangay
Poblacion, Municipality of Sebonga, Province of Cebu, Philippines, do hereby name, constitute,
and appoint SUSAN ORIO TAN, Filipino, also of legal age, and a resident of Block 1 lot 26,
Magsaysay St., Filinvest Classic, Barangay San Isidro, Sucat, Paranaque City - 1700, to be my
true and lawful attorney, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the
following specific acts and things, to wit:

1. To follow-up, request, carry out, obtain, receive, accept, take and get my Certification
from the Office of the Court Administrator, Supreme Court, Padre Faura Street, Ermita, Manila,
certifying that I am a member in good standing of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) in
support of my application for appointment as Notary Public;

2. To sign pertinent paper/document by way of expressly acknowledging receipt of the


aforementioned Certification, evidencing that I have secured from that Office my said
Certification; and

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full powers and authority to do
and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority
specifically enumerated above, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully
do if personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying
and confirming all that my said attorney or his substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done
by virtue hereof.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 17th day of December, 2018,
at Pagadian City, Philippines.
