WEEK 1
Aim: Focusing on how to progress modified skills into a game scenario
4 stages RINK
1. Developing control of the object
2. Complex control and combination of skills – focuses on learning the skill
and how to become proficient with it.
3. Point system – everything should be done in 6s (an over), points in 4s
and 6s, the scoring system needs to reflect the game that you are
playing.
4. Modified game where you can implement offensive and defensive
strategies.
