COMPLAINT-AFFIDAVIT

I, Maya T. Manaloto, 14 years old, born May 28, 2004,


Filipino, and a resident of 2542- A S. del Rosario St. Gagalangin
Tondo, Manila, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
law, do hereby state that:

1. Last October 03, 2018, in the City of Manila, Philippines, within


the jurisdiction of this court, the said respondent, actuated by
lust, did then and there, willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously,
commit an act of lasciviousness on my person by then and
there embracing and kissing me and touching my breasts and
sexual organs, against my will and by means of force.

2. Around 6 PM, while waiting for my fetcher, I was reading alone


in our classroom on the 3rd floor of Marymount High School in
City of Manila, when suddenly a man named Mike Lansangan,
the school janitor, approached me and told me “bakit ka nag-
iisa dito iha, halika nga dito” grabbed me and tried to kiss me.

3. I got away but then he followed me outside the classroom and


did not stop his sexual advances. He grabbed me and forcefully
pinned me to the wall with one hand and removed my bra with
his, touched again my breast, my inner thigh, “pepe” (private
part) and buttocks with his other hand against my will. I tried to
scream but he struck me in the face when I tried to get away
and threatened to harm my family if I reported him.

4. On that same night my father noticed a mark on my face and so


I told my father about it when he picked me up at 7 PM.

5. Appalled by what happened, my father and I went to the police


station to report the crime committed by Mr. Lansangan. The
Police took my sworn statement, a copy of which is hereto
attached as Annex “A”.

6. I am executing this affidavit freely and voluntarily for the


purpose of charging Mike S. Lansangan for Acts of
Lasciviousness.
