Observation :
1. Factory which was visited is different location then mentioned in the submission
no. LTCD 2073 dated on 8th October, 2018. Factory address mentioned in the
submission is ELS, Mahagama, Sevanagala, Sooriyawewa, Sri Lanka.
2. Water tightness test of pipe joints (Since pipe are going to laid below the ground
water table) - No facility available at factory
3. Smoothness of inner surface (Lot of air bubble hole observed at inner surface)
4. No liner applied as per approved ITP (refer 3.1 Visual Inspection) further to that
liner material not clearly specified in the Contractor’s submission
