Most people want to be healthier, but they do not know how to do this or think that they do
not have the time. The truth is that it does not have to take that long or need huge life changes
to be healthy. Here I will discuss some health and fitness tips for busy people.

“Health is wealth”, a phrase that is a treasure for every human being. A human body is like the
temple which must be taken care of and it must be the foremost concern for all the human
being. Presently, maintaining good health is a massive challenge for all the people who are
professionals. Working out for a short time does not necessarily mean that you will be able to
put in less and will not be able to achieve results. Modifying your workout routine may also
help you achieve more than you thought you could. Being busy can be your excuse but
developing bad eating habits? You can always eat well and stay fit, without worrying about
calorie intake. Fibre from vegetables will help you lose weight even after eating more.
Moreover, vegetables will keep you full throughout the day, ruling out any food temptations.

Fitness should never be side-lined because of work schedule and family issues. But, with little
modification in fitness schedule and dietary considerations, you can reintroduce fitness where

The blog is really informative. I did find most ideas useful. It is true that in our busy lives, we
often give least importance to our health and fitness. A healthy body can optimize our
performance. I would also like to state that one should give equal or even more stress on mental
fitness. Mental health is a growing concern and needs to be dealt seriously. One needs to be
stable in their thoughts and actions. I am looking forward to a blog on this topic as well.

HOMES FOR THE AGED IS A NECESSITY IN INDIA


FOR THE MOTION:
Old age is often referred to as the crown of life, as it is our play's last act. Honourable judges,
teachers and my worthy opponents, I thank you all for providing me the opportunity to
highlight the importance of Old Age Homes in India.
An old age home is a place, a home for old people who have no one to look after them or
those whose children have left them on the streets. The place, of course, is like home where
the inmates get all the facilities for a routine living, like food, clothing, medicine and shelter.
Old age brings with it physical weakness. In case they are alone at home while you're away, it
would be almost impossible to tackle any medical emergency. These centres will take care of
them and cater to all such emergencies
Also, burglars usually attempt to break into a house where a lonely aged person lives, murder
them without hesitating and loot the house. That's why it is safer to keep your parents in a
senior-care-home when you have to stay away from them for your earning and are unable to
keep them there with you.
Thus, it is crucial to have Old age homes in the country because old age needs so little but
needs that little very much. Nothing is more important than a smile that has struggled through
tears and many years.
