UNDERSTANDING PEOPLE

The top of 3% of the people are "Doers" who pla to win and execute that
plan. They are "Problem seekers" and love to take risks. They make a lot of
mistakes, but they win because they are constantly seekeng to improve.

The next 10% are "Thinkers" and often win, but whith a lot of effort . They
will take a calculated risk and love and love to solve problems.

The vast majority, 60% of people "Think they think". They hope they win.
They want to avod problem, want to play it safe, want guarantees and realty
just live one day at a time.

The remanning 27% would "Rather die than think". They wiil never win -
they never try. Their quest in life is to be sure no one else does. they are the
problem.

4 Argumentative
5 Arrogant
6 Critical of others
7 Can't admit to any mistakes
8 Work wery poorly as a team member
9 Touble seeing other people's ideas
