• Examples: miss one homework
assignment, pizza party, movie time, etc.
Consequences

 First Occurrence – verbal warning
 Second Occurrence – behavior form sent home
 Third Occurrence – parent phone call/email
 Fourth Occurrence – conference with parents
 Fifth Occurrence – conference with administrator
or principal
 Group
*Loss of points towards fun, extra time.
