Area inspected : LPG bullet filling line

LPG filling line and Nitrogen bottle rack not barricaded

Unsafe situation :

1. The LPG filling line is not barricaded and it’s just sitting on wooden supports on the ground and there
are heavy equipment working in the area .
2. The Nitrogen bottle rack is not barricaded.
3. There is some barricade tape for the excavated area , but it isn’t visible every where .

Actions to take :

To prevent the LPG filling line and the Nitrogen Bottle Rack to get damaged easily by for example an excavator
or any other heavy equipment , it should be barricaded properly .

A temporary fence can be installed around the LPG filling line and the Nitrogen Bottle Rack .
