Dear Sir/Madam,

We, the undersigned fifth year students taking up Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at
Central Mindanao University, would like to apply for an On-the-Job Training (OJT) program
this December of 2018 that will last for 240 hours or 30 days at 8 hours a day on regular
working days.

The objective of this training for us Civil Engineering students is to have an actual
experience and training in the field of Civil Engineering which will enhance our knowledge
about our course. By doing so, it will help to develop our full potentials through exposure to
the actual field practice. This is in partial fulfillment of the requirements of the course.

We are hoping for your favorable response to our request.
