Dear Management Team,


According to our policy for training and development, to make sure our hotel’s
strategy implementation toward success as well as contribution to develop robust
management system, staffs must have adequate knowledge and skills to provide quality
service to our value customer and shareholders. All head of department must prepare most
prioritized training modules and submit to Human Resource Department for review and get
approval from General Manager prior to training conduct. All staffs who work at Furi Times
Square Hotel are obligated to attend training provided by hotel.
Finally, we are , hopefully, committed altogether to contribute physically and emotionally
effort to implement strategies formulated by hotel management toward competitive
advantage.
