COMES NOW, COMPLAINANT through the undersigned counsel and


unto this Honorable Arbitration Office, most respectfully state THAT:

1. The undersigned counsel hereby gives notice to this Honorable


Arbitration Office that his legal services has just been hired by the
Complainant today May 27, 2015;

2. The undersigned counsel has yet to evaluate all the documentary


evidences in this case. Hence, he is asking for an extension of ten (10)
days to file the Complainant’s Position paper;

3. Likewise, it is requested of this Honorable Arbitration Office that


henceforth, all notices and legal processes be furnished the
undersigned at his given address indicated below:
