transferees and other applicants.

ENROLLMENT PROPER

Covers the submission of credentials and issuance of permit to enroll (for


College Students).

ENROLLMENT FLOW FOR THE GRADE SCHOOL DEPARTMENT

1. Report to the Guidance Office for initial interview and evaluation of


qualifications.

2. Pay the admission- processing fee at the Cashier’s Office.

3. Present the official receipt to the Guidance Office to secure student’s


form and information on entrance test/ interview schedule.

4. Take the entrance test/interview on the scheduled date. Claim the result
immediately after the examination.

5. If passed, submit duly accomplished student’s form and other


requirements to secure an admission slip necessary for enrolment.

ENROLLMENT PROPE
1. For new pupils (Kinder, Grade I & Transferees). Claim an enrolment
form from the Principal’s Office upon submission of an admission slip
issued by the Guidance Office.

For old pupils (Grade II - Grade VI). Secure an enrolment form from
the Principal’s Office upon submission of the Report Card of the
previous grade level.

2. Fill in the enrolment form with the necessary data and submit it to the
Principal for signing.

3. Forward the signed enrolment form to:


A. Registration Section – for encoding
B. Accounting Section – for assessment of fees
C. Cashier Section – for payment of designated fees

Pay and claim textbooks at the UB – Bookstore

ADMISSIONS OFFICE AND ITS SECONDARY FUNCTIONS


A. On Scholarship (Internal)
[Link] of applicants and review of supporting documents.

[Link] of the matter with the University President and the VP-SEA
or in some instances with the VP for Administration and the Human
Resource and Development Officer.

[Link] of scholarship upon approval.

B. On Scholarship (External)
[Link] Coordinator reviews company profile and terms and
conditions of Grantor.

[Link] Coordinator prepares draft MOA or in some instances


prepared by the Grantor.

[Link] of scholarship upon approval by the University President and


the VP-SEA.

C. Marketing functions
[Link] with the Corporate Communications Office and the
Marketing Department for project development and programs.
