Madam:

I am writing to express my intention of applying for HUMMS 1-D teaching position in Senior
High School of the School Year 2017 – 2018. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in
Computer Engineering (CoE) at Systems Technology Institute, I also finished taking 18 units of
Methods of Teaching at Tarlac State University, and finally gathered 23 units at Technological
University of the Philippines with a degree of Masters of Information Technology.

I am presently teaching at Martinet School Incorporated at Maligaya, Tarlac as Computer and


Mathematics teacher handling Grade 7, Grade 8, Grade 9, and Grade 10.

I believe that my instructional abilities acquired from my formal education, combined with years
of teaching experience both in college and secondary level and trainings, suit the requirements for
a teacher post in the HUMMS 1-D strand of the Senior High School curriculum.

Attached herewith are the pertinent documents for perusal and evaluation.
